In this session, we will work together to create goals for your business, both short and long term and turn these into actions that are achievable.

From here, we will look at approaches that can be taken to make sure these actions are implemented and look at ways to make yourself more accountable.

By attending this session, you will have a set of goals and actions for your business which will be achievable and realistic as well as having a timescale attached to these and a renewed focus to move your business forward.
