What to expect from this event
An employer must give employees a document setting out the main conditions of employment before they start work. Making sure that these documents are drafted to meet your legal obligations as an employer and also to ensure they meet your business needs is essential. In this lunchtime learning session we will look at what must be included in a contract and also the wording that can help with the smooth running of your business. We will look at the different types of contact from full time, part time, fixed term and annualised hours for seasonal workers. In addition to the contract of employment we will also consider the HR policies you should have in place.
