What to expect from this webinar
With an increasing gender pay gap in Lanarkshire and statistics that show not nearly enough women in Director and Senior Management level roles, more than ever, we need positive and inspiring female Leaders paving the way for more to follow. Cue Hazel Gulliver,
Director of Engagement at Scottish Power. Born in Lanark and brought up in Carluke, Hazel is a ‘local girl done good’. Working in the Corporate Affairs team with Scottish Power, Hazel’s role sees her liaising with a variety of stakeholders from government, regulator, trade associations, civil society, academia and more, on all issues of interest, covering Scottish Power’s Renewables, Energy Networks and Retail businesses. She regularly represents the CEO of Scottish Power in meetings and at events. Hazel will share her career journey, provide insight to her role, the challenges and opportunities faced along the way and share advice on what’s needed to lead and succeed whether working in or running your own business.
Next up, hear from Louise McCosh, who is Managing Director of FD People.Louise will deliver an informative session providing sound advice on:
- What makes a good Leader
- How to position your business to ensure a positive culture from the outset
