Maximising Sales at Larder of the Lowlands

This programme is a must for all food and drink businesses attending the Larder of the Lowlands event and other trade events.

What to expect from this event

This event gives you around 5 hours to meet trade buyers and so it is a short window of opportunity to speak with buyers at a time when they may be looking to new and different products and services. You need to be focussed and organised to sell with good techniques to get to the point quickly, deliver the right message and hopefully take some initial orders on the day!. This session will help you. What we cover;-

  • Likely customers at the Larder of the Lowlands – identify new customers

  • How to stop customers and find out what they want
  • How to make your stall busy and maximise every minute
  • How to sell on stand
  • How to deal with timewasters.

We know from working on many stands that the techniques learnt on this programme increase confidence and skill when having to deal with buyers at shows where there is little time to attract and engage.
