Procurement - How to Become Tender Ready Workshop - Moray

This interactive session will cover the following topics:

Portals - how to use PCS and PCS-T, with detail on setting up alert and Supplier Finder profiles to ensure appropriate opportunities are seen.

Qualification, Technical and Commercial Responses - the information that is normally required in each of these sections and how to be best prepared to respond to opportunities when they are identified.

Tender Toolkit - a library of documents that are requested by most buyers, and why having these documents to hand is important, as well as how to objectively qualify opportunities to avoid being a “Busy Fool” and focussing on those opportunities that bidders are more likely to win.

Tender Checklist - an aide memoire for all bidders to ensure that they have provided all the information requested to ensure they submit quality and compliant bids.

There will be opportunities throughout the session to ask questions and interact with the trainer.
