The Women in Business programme is a fully-funded, 5-week programme designed to equip Edinburgh business owners with the tools and confidence to grow your business.

You will learn how to:

• Develop a clear vision and strategy for business growth
• Identify and overcome the common challenges and barriers faced by women entrepreneurs
• Build a strong network of peers and supporters who can help you along the way

Throughout the duration of this programme, we will provide you with practical, accessible tools and techniques to fast-track your business growth, build your local network and provide peer support from other women in business.

Leadership for Growth offers a comprehensive, structured approach to business success. Over the course of the programme, you’ll dive deep into four essential pillars:

• Personal: Discover and refine your unique strengths as an entrepreneur, setting the foundation for lasting impact.
• Purpose: Define your vision, mission, and values to create a clear strategic direction and a resilient company culture.
• People: Learn to attract, develop, and empower the right talent to align with your business goals.
• Process: Build efficient processes and systems that streamline operations and set the stage for sustainable growth.

Learning sessions will be run by Annabelle Beckwith; consultant, coach and trainer for over 20 years, working with entrepreneurs, SMEs and with global corporates in all sectors, and with clients all over the world.
