The company were recently awarded a global award for its customer service at the SOLIDWORKS World 2019 Conference held in Dallas, Texas.

Managing Director Alex Lowe described the award as a recognition of the work undertaken across the business to deliver industry-leading customer service.

How Business Gateway has helped

Alex Lowe said: “As a business, we recognised that there was more we could do to be closer to our customers. We brought in Business Gateway and Scottish Enterprise to provide us with training and support and we used our own expertise, designing and writing the code for a bespoke online portal that makes it easier for customers to engage with us, creating a real two-way relationship.”
